Sometimes life asks a lot of us.

Our thoughts keep circling, inner calm seems far away, and we find ourselves simply functioning instead of truly being present with ourselves.

During such times, Reiki can offer a gentle opportunity to pause, let go and consciously create space for yourself again.

 

What Is Reiki?

Reiki originated in Japan and is often described as universal life energy.

 

The word Reiki consists of two parts:

🪷 Rei – the universal, the connecting principle

🪷 Ki – the life energy that flows through all living things

Traditionally, Reiki is shared through gentle, mindful touch and is intended to support relaxation, well-being and inner balance.

How Reiki Becomes Part of My Work

The focus is always on the person – not on the method.

Together, we explore what is currently present in your life and what you may need most at this moment.

Sometimes that may be a conversation, sometimes a fresh perspective, and sometimes simply a conscious pause from everyday life.

Reiki can be a supportive addition to this process.

It creates a protected space to relax, let go of daily demands for a while and reconnect more deeply with yourself.

My Perspective on Reiki

That is why Reiki may become part of my support and guidance when it feels appropriate and beneficial.

Because the focus is never on the method itself, but on the person and their unique journey.
