HERBAL WALKS

I have been interested in plants and their effects for a long time and have now completed training as a wild herb educator.

Ever since I immersed myself in the world of plants, I have been fascinated by them.

Sometimes much to the chagrin of my family, when I suddenly stop again during a walk to examine a plant, perhaps to get to know it anew, perhaps to tell them enthusiastically about its abilities, or I take a small amount of it home to add to my treasure chest of medicinal herbs.

Since then, I also see the big, silent giants of our forests with different eyes, which are actually not so silent at all, but communicate cheerfully with each other.

My connection with nature has become so much richer through my new knowledge.

At the moment, almost all of nature is still a bit in hibernation, but only almost. Already a month ago I discovered a blossom on the hazelnut bush near me.

In spring, when the first little plants peep out again and everything slowly becomes greener, I would like to invite you on a herb walk.

I'll show you which plants are edible, which plants have lots of healthy ingredients that will help you rub the hibernation out of your eyes.

Maybe we will see each other soon.

More information and dates will follow.
